Six $50 Tower Hobbies gift certificates will be purchased for contest

for future events. Don Stewart was authorized to procure the traditional
      award medals for the bash.

Dave Holland and Joe Campbell will try to obtain indoor flying sites
and dates for this winter starting with contacting our perennial benefactor,
      Roy Bunnel at Southridge High.

Indoor safety issues were discussed. We will attempt to provide a sort of
"air traffic control" for our next indoor flying session. Each hour will
be divided into three 20 minute windows, one for each of three flying
      classes:
          1. Free flight and micro RC ( little danger of damage or injury )
          2. Indoor RC planes
          3. Helicopters
The windows will be called and monitored by Dave and Joe. Except for
the first category, all spectators (especially children) will be
prohibited from entering the flying area.

Doug Coleman will research obtaining club T-shirts and/or hats. If he
(and the rest of us) are especially sweet to her, a cool logo may be
      provided by his artist wife.

Dues will remain at $20 ($30 per household).

The meeting was adjourned at 7:55 PM.
