March 2006 MCS meeting minutes  (Previous Page)

The March 15, 2006 meeting began at 7:10 PM in the Richland library with 7 members present.

The minutes were read and accepted. The treasurer's report was not given.

The e-mail and phone list will not be put on the web - Doug will distribute copies to club
members and will include a statement covering sod farm etiquette with regard to access and
frequency control.

Jay, Glenn, and Kirby have confirmed with NWSS a June 17/18 date for the hand launch contest.
Prizes and other club support to be determined.

Prizes for the Sun Fly will be $200 in gift certificates in addition to custom cups similar
to last year.

Kirby will spread the word with NWSS that we will provide two "hands free" retrievers for
use and evaluation at the Fry Fly and the Sun Fly.

Reminder and restatement of the previously decided "family membership" club fee - $30.00 per household.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:43 PM.
