February 2007 MCS meeting minutes  (Previous Page)

   The February 21, 2007 meeting began at 7:05 PM in Don Stewarts garage/club house with 
   8 members present. The minutes were read and accepted. An abbreviated treasurer's report 
   was accepted.

   Doug reports that all AMA club and insurance paperwork and fees are up to date. Club 
   members in and out of town have been good about sending club dues early, but not good 
   about providing a SSAE.

   Don has refurbished the frequency poles at Kiona and Eagle. 
   All seems ready for the Combat Bash.

   Doug is the official liaison for the Six-Pack event. T shirts may be forthcoming through 
   an outside source.

   The completion of the next winch cart is awaiting more testing of the first two. We may put 
   more sophisticated equipment on this third one.

   Don will order porta-potties for the Six-Pack and Kirby will order them for the T.D. and HLG 
   events at the sod farm.

   $20 was appropriated for postage stamps to mail cards to members not sending a SSAE and other 
   club business.

   The meeting was adjourned at 7:31 PM.
